188bets World Ltd. (hereinafter "188bets" or "we") is a company that operates an international online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 188bets.

• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.
• If you withdraw after claiming a deposit bonus without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus amount will be deducted.

All bonuses and promotional offers on 188bets are subject to the general terms below. Where a specific bonus carries its own additional terms, those will also apply.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (WR) — typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals from bonuses may be subject to a maximum cap — this will be stated in the terms of each individual offer.
• Bonuses can generally be claimed within 7 days. Any bonus not claimed within this period will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• VIP and high roller bonus terms differ — please speak with your personal manager for details.

188bets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

Please keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on 188bets. These rules apply to both Sports Betting and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a pre-match bet is not accepted after the event has started, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• 188bets reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Betting limits per event are set by 188bets. VIP status is required for high-stakes wagers.
• In multiple or combo bets, if one leg is voided, the entire bet is not cancelled — that leg is simply counted as odds of 1.00.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 188bets. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses using multiple devices or identities.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the 188bets system.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another member's account.

In compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, 188bets verifies the identity of its members. This is a mandatory process applied across all platforms.

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.
• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport is required.
• You may be required to prove ownership of your payment method.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

188bets reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and temporarily suspend accounts if KYC is not completed or if incorrect information is provided.
